Members must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and use the platform lawfully.

Listings and content

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pricing, availability and delivery information of their products. Members must not upload misleading, harmful, stolen or prohibited content.

Transactions

Unless a separately approved payment gateway is enabled, buyers and sellers remain responsible for verification, payment, delivery, returns and disputes.

Platform action

Musammim may hide content or restrict accounts that violate platform rules or create security risks.
